Medium size bedroom for rent with full access to the rest of the home. We are located in the West End of Long Beach less than a block from the beach and a block from the heart of the West End. The house is kept clean and 2 other roommates work FT and are easy-going and respectful. Full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, balcony, small back outdoor area, fireplace, newly finished bathroom, AC, and hardwood floors. Rent is $1300 +$100 utilities are due the first of the month. The security deposit is $1300. The house has a lot of natural light and nice views. The room comes with a bed if needed.

We’re both very clean/organized, respectful of shared spaces and laid back. We’re generally up early for work and try to keep noise at a minimum during early/late hours. We love to cook/ hangout when we can. Please message for more info :).
