The property is a safe, gated community with a gym and pool access once you’re placed on the lease. As well as beach access along with D’lish, the community’s own bar and grill on the beach. The community has its own Facebook page where residents can communicate regarding community updates, events and yard sales.

Living with 3 other roommates has not been a challenge whatsoever in this home. Majority of us have different work schedules so the house isn’t crowded at all. The other girls here are very nice and great if you have any questions or just want someone to converse with. They just want to ensure that everyone respects one another and the living space :)
