1 bedroom and private bathroom available in a 2B/2B townhouse in Midtown Houston (by Baldwin Park). It’s a two story townhouse with convenient 1st floor living. Living, dining, and kitchen are already fully furnished and I have all the plates/dishes/pans etc. There’s a large pantry in the kitchen.

Super convenient to medical center or downtown. ~3 miles or less than 10 minute drive the the Med Center including Baylor College Of Medicine, Memorial Hermann, Ben Taub, Methodist, Texas children’s, MD Anderson and other Med Center destinations.

House is a short 15 minute walk the metro rail stations that connect directly to the med center and downtown.

Near several major highways for getting around Houston 288/i45/59/69

Walking distance to Baldwin Park and other nearby restaurants such as Axelrad Beer Garden, Under The Radar Brewery, Retrospect Coffee, Sinfully Bakery, Social Beer Garden, and Two Headed dog.

There is 1 uncovered off-street parking spot and plenty of on street parking for guests. (This is also 1 garage space that I use)

I’m a 24 year old Chemical Engineer. I’m a member of the LGBTQ community (I’m Gay). I’m pretty busy with work in the week days but like going out with friends sometimes on the weekends Big foodie and love trying all the great restaurants in Houston. Love Traveling and I wanna go literally everywhere
