 The house is located at a walk able distance to GMU Fairfax.  The room size is 18*12. Plus a walk-in closet. Lots of natural lights with 2 windows.  The room for rent is for 1 person only.  The room can be furnished or unfurnished.  The bathroom with stand-in shower will be shared with 1 male student.  There is a huge kitchen and a separate pantry room.  New appliances and new laundry.  Prefer someone vaccinated and boosted. This is a Covid conscious house.  No Pets in the house due to allergy.  Background check will be run.  Rent for the room is $1100 per month including all the utilities. The electricity, gas, water, trash pickup, 1GB High speed Internet, all included in the rent.

The current roomies are students at GMU. They are male and female. They are quiet and very considerate. No parties or gatherings in the house.
