Apartment is located in Ktown and near are major public transportation. You will have access to a kitchen. Room comes furnished with the furniture you see in photo, we can remove them if you’d like as well. We have grocery stores walking distance- (Ralph’s 3 mins walk) to move in you will need $1150/monthly+250$ non refundable security deposit. Rent will be prorated for the day you move in as well. Quite hours are 10pm-7am. We are 420 Friendly. We as a collective of roommates do our part in keeping up with chores, like taking out the trash and keeping the kitchen area clean as soon as we finish. WiFi+utilities are all included. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Couples ok, add +175$ to monthly rent. We are looking for someone who can stay for 6+months or more. Short term stays ok for $1300/month flat and no security deposit.
