Roommate wanted, 10x12 room available for 500$ a month, all utilities included + 35$ a month for internet, and a 600$ dollar security deposit. House has stacked washer and dryer, 1 shared bathroom, backyard and one responsible clean roommate. Preferred applicant needs to be clean and responsible. Also must be okay with dogs. Credit report required of at least 700. Report can be printed out when applicant comes to inspect the room.
