Lindsey's room

This is a two story property with a view of trees and a wooded area out back. Your room is upstairs next door to to mine. Your room has a closet, with additional closet space downstairs. The room also has a nice working fan and a window with vaulted ceilings. I have a back patio that connects to open space through the gate, with a fire table for enjoying during cold weather! The space was renovated before I moved in, sothe cabinets, counters, floors, stairs, and home systems are all pretty new. There is a shed for storage space, and your parking spot is right by the front door! If you enjoy cooking I have a gas stove, and a BBQ pit for grilling. Washer and dryer an dryer are included. This is a gated community, and I have ADT for added security! The area is conveniently located 2 miles from HEB, and only 12 minutes from downtown. We are also close to South Park Meadows for shopping and food, and McKinney Falls for hiking and camping! Something to keep in mind I the property is a one and a half bath, so you would be sharing a shower with myself. Another thing to keep in mind is that currently there isn’t a dishwasher, hoping to add one within the next year. I have 2 very sweet and adorable cats that love to chill and cuddle in blankets, but will gladly play with you too! They love human friends!

I am the only person in the house, and just turned a very youthful 40! I teach 3rd grade, and work for 7:30am until 3:30pm M-F with the exception of summer and holidays. Ideally looking for someone who keeps to themselves and isn’t in party mode on the week nights since I have to wake up early for work. I’m not a neat freak, but I prefer kitchens, bathrooms, and house areas to stay sanitized and bug free! On the weekends I’m usually either at my boyfriends house or around town catching live music!
