2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with an attached garage at Parkway Flats in Kzoo. Rent and utilities would be split between us for roughly $1000/month.

The bedroom is roughly 10x10’. The apartment is 1100 square feet on the 3rd floor with a patio and a garage attached on the first floor. Bathroom and kitchen areas are shared space.

It is furnished with a twin bed. You may bring your own furnishings as well though.

I am a flight instructor/pilot and young professional and prefer the same or similar. I am usually home at night and weekends. Non smoking. I do have a small dog (shiba inu), so must be pet friendly. Pets are allowed (additional pet fee and deposit might be required).
