The house is in a nice area of the NE Heights with friendly neighbors and low crime. We have three shared sitting areas, kitchen, washer & dryer, garage and shed for storage, and a big yard and patio. The room you’re in is spacious with closet space and a nice view out your window of the Sandias. The bathroom is shared. The house is close to grocery stores, stores and more. We are about 10 minutes from Downtown plus never more than a 20-minute drive to almost anywhere in the metro.

I’m a journalist and transplant who enjoys making friends with roommates. I love having a space that’s enjoyable to be in and feels like coming home, as a home should be. I’m pretty chill and flexible with things but always wanna make sure things stay clean and that there’s a level of respect, as well as friendship.
