I have 2 huge rooms in Anaheim/borderline GG for rent! Mainly looking for other healthcare professionals, students, or couples OK as well. The rooms start at $1700, utilities are paid for the first couple months & then discussed afterwards. If you are the right fit, I am open to discussing more on the price to fit your needs/budget.
For students, I am looking for 2 students in 1 bedroom, if you are able to find another student the rent will be split and a lot cheaper for both! ($850 each)
More about the rooms I have available:

- 1 garage turned bedroom suite with private bath. 20 ft x 30 ft, to fit ample of space for 2 queen beds, 2 desks, and still space for a couch & everything else you need.
- 1 huge master bedroom with shared bath (also could fit comfortably 2 beds & more)
- Washer/dryer/kitchen/stove as the common area in the back (look at pictures for details)
- Room is unfurnished, but could also be furnished as well!! Please let me know what you would like. I’m very open to discussing and changing up the room as you like! I want to make sure that you are comfortable since you will be staying for awhile and feeling at home is definitely a must!!
