Location of home: This peaceful home is an end unit that is located next to a small park, sand volleyball court, half basketball court, tennis courts, and a hiking trail. The home has easy access to Antonio Parkway, close to the toll road, and centrally located to many desirable destinations.

Looking for a female renter who is clean, organized, considerate, and works outside of the home. Must have good credit; no smoking, drugs, alcohol, or pets. Single occupancy only.

-$1,400 per month for a 1 year term. -First month ($1,400) + last month ($1,400) + security deposit ($500) required prior to move-in.
