Room for rent in Running Springs. 12m to downtown Lake Arrowhead, 15m to Snow Valley, and 40m to Big Bear. Fully furnished and private bathroom. Accepting animals as long as they’re house trained and won’t ruin furniture. Free to use the office next to the room as well.

I spend most of my time upstairs, so you pretty much have full reign to the entire 1st floor. I’m not strict. Can have partners and friends over so long as it’s not excessive. All I ask is to help me shovel snow and clean the house here and there. Laundry located in my upstairs bathroom.
