Hey there! The property is a townhome located in the Villagio complex conveniently located on Rio Salado Parkway and the 101 freeway. There are two well maintained pools and the main pool with hot tub is right next to the unit. You will have a private master bedroom upstairs with its own walk in closet and bathroom. There is a small backyard and a great kitchen with pantry, fridge space, and granite countertops for cooking. There’s is a small backyard with a nice grill. Very nice space kept in great shape!

My name is Johnny, I just turned 29 and work 9-5 as a sales lead at a local water purification company! I love all sports but have played basketball and been a fan of the Phoenix Suns my whole life.
