Renting out a private room and bath downstairs away from tenants(my fiancé and I)upstairs. Shared kitchen and living space. You will have your own mini fridge in the garage next to room where shared laundry is located. The room can fit a twin and a small desk comfortably and has a small wall closet. (the bed in the picture is a queen but won’t be in there) we can furnish if you like since we have a full and small desk we could place in there.

Looking to rent the space starting December 15 Taking requests and will do interviews to make sure we are all compatible.
