Looking for a responsible person to rent the masterbedroom with private bath . Availability will be the 1st of December. I maintain a strict policy of drug free and smoke free environment to ensure a peaceful atmosphere . Access to the kitchen ( light cooking only ), washer and dryer located in the garage ,wifi and internet. Parking space available also . Prospective tenant should have a full time job ( verification of pay stub ) . Background check needed . I maintain the house clean at all times and i must say the renter should maintain the house clean also !
