I live in a quiet nice neighborhood located in Buena Park . Conveniently and accessible to all freeways . Looking for a responsible person to rent the room . Availability will be the 1st week of June. I maintain a strict policy of drug free and smoke free environment to ensure a peaceful atmosphere . Access to the kitchen ( light cooking only ), washer and dryer located in the garage ( each renter will have a day of the week to wash and must have your own supplies ). Plenty of parking on the street . Prospective tenant should have a full time job ( verification of pay stub ) . Background check needed . I maintain the house clean at all times and i must say the renter should maintain the house clean at all times and especially the bathroom .

I’m in my 60’s and still working and very active in my life . I’m very clean, responsible and respectful . My 2 tenants both women are very quiet and respectful .No drugs and smoking allowed inside the house .
