All three rooms are $1195.00/month each

1st Room is on the 2nd floor, furnished w/bed and nightstand. Bathroom has a stall shower and is private in the room. Lease is for 4 months and then month to month.

2nd Room is downstairs furnished with bed, nightstand and California closet system. Large bathroom is shared. Lease is for 4 months and then month to month.

3rd Room is downstairs unfurnished, size 14’6“x13’2“. Large bathroom is shared. Lease is for 4 months and then month to month.

I’m in my 50’s, my Son is in his 30’s and we both work from home. We occasionally have family over which includes three (2, 5 & 10 yo) grandchildren and sometimes their dog (Collie) which stays in the backyard.

We have a large kitchen and love to cook, you’re welcome to also. We have a big walk-in pantry so plenty of room for your staples. Washer & Dryer is available to use. We have a small amount of space in the garage for a tote or two if you need to store anything plus a big accessible attic upstairs. We are advertising 3 rooms to rent so there will be 5 roommates total.

We’re 1 mile from the 118 freeway and lots of shopping nearby. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

No drugs, overnight guests, parties, pets. We are both non-vaccinated. This is a Christian household but we’re not prudes :)
