The apartment is a 2 Bed/2 bath, so you would have your own bathroom. The room is approximately 12’ x 14’ (unfurnished) so there is plenty of room for a queen-sized bed with furniture. The rest of the apartment is furnished as I have been here for a while so this is ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of common area furniture (i.e. sofa, kitchen table etc.).

There is underground parking, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pet spa, courtyard area with grills, fitness center, co-work lounge, sauna, rec. room with pool table, on-site management, and laundry in the building. Rent is $1450 plus electricity and internet. (Option for $1550 all utilities included). The neighborhood is fantastic- clean and quiet with some cool bars and restaurants right around the corner, close to the freeway, and walkable to most of Hollywood. It’s well worth the price for the location and all the amenities (and under market value). Security deposit is one month’s rent. Looking for someone long term- minimum of 6 months.

I also have a very sweet, well-behaved dog, so you must be ok with sharing a space with her. She is approximately 5 years old and she loves other dogs as well so I am open to the addition of one other dog, but no cats (I am allergic).
