It is 20min walk from Broadway bars and 15min walk from Vanderbilt/Centennial Park. I’ve been living here for the past year and my roommate is moving out at the end of our lease. I am looking for someone to fill in his spot starting May 1st.
The place is great. You will have your own room, bathroom, and assigned parking spot. We will be sharing the living room and kitchen.
