The house has two living areas equipped with a TV and internet, allowing you to relax, study, or work. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and pantry for extra storage. You will have a covered wooden deck in the backyard, a fenced-in grass area, a garden, and an apple tree. Additionally, you will have a private driveway parking spot and access to a detached garage storage space.
