Near campus and probably a five minute drive from old town. Looking for a roommate to take over a sublease from January to July 2024 with option to renew. LGBT friendly and accepting. Current roommates would like to meet you before and discuss things, perhaps over a beer. If we mesh, would bring you by to see the place. Rent is decent and with utilities SHOULD* only set you back about 650-750 a month. If you have a job that keeps you out of the house overnights this may be the perfect place for you.
