A's room

This is a loft apartment over the garage. Stainless steel appliances in full sized kitchen, queen bed and desk in bedroom area, and couch and tv in living room area. Screen door and ceiling fan for summer and while it only has a space heater for now I am planning on having a hot/cold split installed. If you want to re-paint the walls so they are a (neutral) color you like I am glad to provide the paint. Off street parking available. Has its own address for mail and electricity (which I will give you the bill for on the first of each month - currently it runs about $30 ). New stairs planned next summer. Washer and dryer hookup available. Sorry, no dogs.

Small space for a single person, but cozy furnished area with nice yard near everything in Clay. It is commuting distance to Madisonville and some folks even make the drive to Fort Cambell for work every day. Retired military in main house.
