Winter lease available starting February 1, 2024. Beautiful mountain home in the heart of Truckee. Walk to historical downtown, Truckee River Legacy Trail, restaurants and Raley’s grocery store.

Your room is located on the first floor, queen size bed, dresser, closet and TV with streaming. Access to back deck and jacuzz as well as office next door with kitchenette, frig and microwave. Full bathroom next to bedroom. Storage available if needed. Flat driveway parking available, plow service both for drive and neighborhood. Full washer / dryer available to use upstairs.

Only 15-30 min from NorthStar, Donner Ski, Sugar bowl and Palisades ski resorts. Must like dogs.

About the roomies

I’m Laurie, single mom with two kids away at collage. Very easy going, enjoy a quiet clean home and roommates who enjoy the same. I work full time Mon-Fri and enjoy the outdoors on the weekends. We a have a wonderful loving Alaskan malamute, Ziggy. She’s super friendly and loves people. Our home is comfortable and quiet with views overlooking our peaceful neighborhood, and Truckee.
