The private room is a built in addition and is probably bigger than a studio apartment. It had it own private access and you’ll have you own bathroom which is downstairs. The only thing we will share will be the kitchen but aside from that we both will have our own things.

I am the only person that lives here and when I’m home I generally relax on the couch and watch movies or read. I workout generally after work and work is from 7a-3p. I’m laid back and pretty easy going. I can engage in conversation and don’t mind or I can stay to myself if that’s what better for my roommate.
