It’s in a 3-story brick English Tudor Style building with outdoor seating on a small deck. Located on a quiet dead-end street in the Historic Lair Hill neighborhood on Barbur Blvd/Whitaker. We are directly below OHSU and just 8-blocks south of PSU. There is a bus stop less than 100ft away that services the #12 and #44 lines, and the #8 is a block up the hill on Terwilliger blvd with its jogging, biking and forest trails.

• kitchen with dishwasher (which I also love)

• private off-street parking (one space available for you)

• vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors (carpeted bedrooms)

• high-speed internet (with extensions in the living and bedrooms)

• portable air conditioners in the living room & both bedrooms

• no smoking, illegal drugs, or loud music, as the building is pretty Low Key

• if we are having a late-night party, we just warn the neighbors first.

• no pets please. Only one per unit allowed by building owners.

You will need everything to furnish your bedroom and provide your own toiletries, eats and drinkables. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and as your home you would have access to all of it. We have pots, pans, dishes, utensils, a microwave, blender, etc.

We are 40s and gay. We have a sleepy medium terrier. We are best described as the artsy/quiet. A writer/Film-maker and a hobby/photographer. We use our home in our projects. One stays home and one likes to get out and hike.
