**The lease is up for renewal Jan 29th, but the current roommate is likely to be out before then, so move in could be before then depending on when the roommate is out.

**Rent number includes gas, water, electric (they change month to month so it’s an estimate), wifi/youtube tv (negotiable), renters insurance

I’ve lived here at 111 Harbor Point in Stamford for about two years. My roommate is moving out so I need to find a new roommate. It’s a great luxury building. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. You would have your own bathroom. Washer dryer in unit. Living room/kitchen are furnished with what you see. Bedroom is not. Balcony. Gym and roof deck.

This is a nice quiet area of Stamford. Near the water. 5 minute walk to the train station. 15 minute walk/5 min drive to downtown.

I work Monday thru Friday afternoons/evenings in NYC so I’ll be gone for that time. Sometimes I have friends over on weekends. Mostly this is a quiet apartment. I don’t party too much. In a roommate, I’m looking for someone like myself: neat, clean, respectful. Wouldn’t mind hanging out sometimes, maybe grabbing a drink or dinner. But generally I’d like to know I can come and go as I please, which is how I’d treat a roommate.
