Centrally located Colorado springs residence, conveniently within walking distance to palmer park, restaurants, bars, shopping. All other areas in the home are communally shared spaces. The house features a large fenced in back yard, deck, grill, fully equipped kitchen, 2 wood burning fireplaces, including the living area for cozy winter evenings and street parking for one vehicle. No pets.
There will be $49 application fee paid to the property management, and once approved, we will pay the $100 to add a tenant to our lease 🫶 Here are the property management requirements to join the lease: Our credit requirement is a credit score of *640 or better for at least one of the applicants. The bureau is to be determined by our background provider. We require proof of household income of 2 times the rent amount based on combined gross monthly income per month. Proof of income can be in the form of last month’s pay stubs or last year’s tax documents. Lastly, we deny any applicants with any felonies or evictions within the past 3 years, any debt collection from previous management companies, and any fraudulent documents. We do not accept violent felons or registered sex offenders.

Occupying the home currently are myself, my fiancé, and our two very friendly dogs. We are working professionals in our thirties, friendly, clean, respectful. I run a small business and am home off and on throughout the day, while my fiancé works from home 3/5 days a week.
