Room for rent includes utilities. All access to the kitchen, laundry room & 2 restrooms in the home. We have a cozy living room space open for everyone and wifi available. Monthly is $1175 & $1000 security deposit. Lease is at least 3-6 months. We have 1 friendly 8 month old puppy. Roomates are great. Plenty of parking available in front of home. All roomates are clean and friendly. We are 3 females & one male. We have become like family. The bathroom is shared and clean with lots of cabinet space for everyone. Shower has great space for all your essentials. We worked well together taking turns in the kitchen to cook and wash laundry. Everyone is to themselves but when we do see eachother , there is lots of laughter. We have an amazing 6 month old Dutch terrier mix. She’s super friendly . We have 3 refrigerators :D plenty of space to store food. We have a cozy living room with recliners to enjoy watching TV downstairs plus a desk if you need to study .
