I live in a 2-bedroom apartment in palm springs. about a 10-15 min walk from downtown, great location. Apartment is furnished but you can bring your own stuff that’s fine with me. we share everything but our rooms. You have your own room, it’s good size and a closet. Extra storage outside there is a storage room. Has a Patio/balcony. You are welcome to bring any furniture you want the apartment would be ours. My current roommate is planning on moving out. Rent is 2,037 split between us. 50$ pet rent if you bring a pet. Utilities and electric we can split and if you want to get WiFi we can split that too. Apartment complex San Jacinto Racquet Club. Has two pools/hot tubs, courtyard and tennis court. Very family friendly super safe community. Each building is only two levels. We are on the second level. Gym and laundry on site. Also I have a dog he’s very friendly so if your cool with dogs let me know!

Just me and my 3 year-old terrier mix Tito. He is a good boy, thinks everyone is his friend. Loves all people and dogs.
