• You will have access to living room, porch, washer/dryer hookup, kitchen, dining room
• To move in, we need $500 refundable security deposit, First month rent, last month rent (we can set up to where you pay $65/month for 11 months toward your last month rent)
• 12 months lease exception can be discussed for military

Currently Basement: my parents are living with their well behaved & well trained pitbull.

Upstairs: 1 male in his mid 20s in Dental profession. 2 rooms are unoccupied which we are looking to fill.
