About the room
The leasing office will do everything. If you are interested we can meet and then I can let you know what to do from there. I am unsure of the security deposit so you can disregard for now. I do have some things in the spare room. I’m just waiting for the TV to be mounted and someone to come get the vanity.
About the roomies
I work all the time. I have a toy poodle who is very sweet and loves to play. I am new to the area and I am looking for a roommate who is clean. I don’t go out very often. When I’m not at work or at the gym I’m probably at home chilling.
