Rose's room

I am looking to rent out half of my two story house.

There is a furnished bedroom upstairs with full bath. Down stairs includes full kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath with washer and dryer. Also has a dining room and large deck outside with fenced in yard. Includes a two car garage as well.

One tenant already there. He is 75 years old and has many health issues but still independent and can drive a car. He has a border collie mix dog who is very friendly. The dog is crated during the day.
