Room available in a beautiful, brand new (2020) LA apartment building!

PROS:

• In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, garbage disposal
• Each person gets their own bathroom with shower/tub. This bedroom comes with its own private bathroom in the room!
• Parking spot in a gate garage included (single space, not tandem)
• Top notch food choices both within walking distance and DoorDash/Uber Eats
• Living room comes complete with big ol’ OLED, several game consoles, and a dining table to play board/card games on
• A balcony with furniture to chill on (and it’s on the first floor, so REALLY easy to get your packages/food delivery)

CONS:

• No pets, no smoking
• Mostly young folks in the building, gets a bit loud on weekends
• Building doesn’t have the amenities that some other apartments do. We have a rooftop terrace, but there’s no furniture

We are two young (30m and 27m) professionals working on hybrid schedules. Personally, I usually keep to myself but am open to watching movies, playing video games, or going out on weekends!
