Move in requires security deposit PLUS monthly rent. Additionally, a background check for criminal record as well as housing court evictions is required . Requirements for tenants include “no overnight guests” , since rooms are single room occupancy’s per firecode.

Since 1985, this property has housed men who are in transition, whether from incarceration, divorce, poor choice making or just affordability. It is a private property, not a transition or sober house, although We have partnered with the local probation/ parole department as well in the past and have tenants that have lived here for as little as 1 year and as long as 10years. We are looking for individuals who are respectful, courteous and looking for a quiet, clean secure building. This house is a licensed rooming house and we comply with all local codes. It is a smoke free and vape free house. Currently we have only 2 vacancies
