I am looking for an independent, responsible, clean, and organized roommate for our 1BD/1BR. The location is close to Route 1 and 175 and is only a few minutes away from the Gateway Overlook shopping center that includes Costco, Best Buy, and Trader Joe’s. Right across the street is a Farmer’s Market.

The bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, a night stand, as well as a desk that includes a table lamp. You would also have your own walk-in closet.

Common areas that you will have access to are the laundry in the basement, kitchen, and living room area. There is also a deck and patio to enjoy during the warm weather or even nature itself during the cold winter season.

The bathroom is right next to the bedroom that will be yours to use.

There are currently two people including me that are living on the property (two females). The area is quiet, peaceful, and clean, very family friendly and professional and we would like to keep it that way.

We take security very seriously and utilize Ring Cameras in every entrance of the house.

All utilities are included in the rent (Electricity/gas, Wi-Fi/Internet. No cable or landline).

I am a 27-year old female currently working as a Registered Behavior Technician with little toddlers who are diagnosed with Autism. It is an extremely rewarding job and I am very passionate about it.

My roommate is 37 years old and works as a 4th grade teacher. She has a toy poodle as an emotional support animal who is extremely friendly and sweet.
