Hello, My name is Robert Lercari, a 3rd year engineering male and I am looking for three roommates to move into the apartment that I have. The place is located in Villa Siena, about a 15-minute bike from campus. The living room is already furnished, there is our own washer and dryer, the place has pools, and a bus stop to campus nearby. There are two dedicated parking spots available as well. The place itself is a 2b2b, while I am in the second bedroom with a rent of 805 a month excluding utilities, which is about 100 a month per person. The master bedroom is currently completely open with a monthly rent of 895 and similar utilities if there are two people.

I am currently the only confirmed roomie, though hopefully we can get a full squad soon!
