Our home is located in Magnolia in a very nice quiet subdivision. It’s a 3 bedroom brick home on 2 acres of land. The back yard is fenced in with an above ground pool. We live on a street where there are no children and the houses are separated by heavy woods. There is never any kind of disturbances and we all look out for one another.
It is just me (59) and my husband (60) that live in the home. Are kids are all grown and have families of their own. We have 3 small dogs. 2 Shih Tzus and a yorkie. They also live inside our home. Our dogs are our babies so you MUST love animals. I do not work so I am home most of the time. My husband works Paint and Body. We are looking to rent one of our bedrooms that is fully furnished to someone who is dog friendly, easy to get along with, cleans up after themselves, honest and responsible.
