Extra large room with large closet. Rooms are unfinished but can be furnished upon request. Recently fully renovated from top to bottom. You will have access to kitchen & shared bathroom and there is a big yard and porch that can be used upon request.

There are other roommates in the house. Couples are welcome However , there will be a small increase in listed price.

This a quiet place and very clean area. Well respected individual and working people how keep to themselves. No drama in the house. Everyone is pretty friendly.
