Meaghan's room

Hello! We have a room in our Sunnyside apartment that will be available on November 1st. The room easily fits a full size bed, plus shelves and a dresser. It comes unfurnished, so you can decorate as you like. The rest of the apartment includes a furnished living room, an eat-in kitchen, a shared office space, a full bath and a half bath. These are shared spaces and we do what we can to set them up in ways that work for all of us.

Our landlord is a gem and resides onsite. We are located on the south side of Sunnyside, with easy access to a variety of necessities laundromats, grocery stores etc. We are a ten minute walk from the 7 train and are in close proximity to the Q67, B24, and Q39 buses. Sunnyside offers a great variety of restaurants, bars and take out we are never out of options for places to go.

We are two women in our thirties and one clean and friendly cat who enjoy maintaining a peaceful residence. I am a student and do some freelancing, my roommate is a nanny in the neighborhood. We both have busy schedules, so we appreciate our downtime in the apartment. The apartment culture is friendly and low-key and we are looking for someone who will fit in well with that vibe.

We share household tasks, switch off buying shared apartment items and need our new roommate to be willing to do the same. We are looking for a clean and friendly female roommate.
