Debi and Gary's room

Very nice quiet well kept neighbor hood. The room is a very nice size not huge but not tiny with a huge closet. It is not currently furnished but can be in a couple of days. There is a ceiling fan and a large window. It is freshly painted and very clean. The Bathroom is updated with new paint and decorations that can be removed depending on taste. I have done it in a coastal beach theme. The vanity storage is huge. Although the bath is not attached to the bedroom it is next to it and would only be used by you no exceptions. We rarely have quest but they would use our bathroom only. Your bathroom is a tub shower combo. You would have access to the entire house. The fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher, the living and dining areas and laundry in the garage. You will have access the the lanai and pool deck. You will have a dedicated parking spot in the driveway We would prefer that you do not hang out in the living room after 7 PM. You would be free to move through it to go out side or go to the kitchen/laundry at any time. All the utilities except cable would be included. The only exception would be if you used an excessive amount of electric that would cost more. We can talk about that. You would need to have a clean background check that you would pay for and a great work history unless disabled with verifiable income. Would prefer that you have transportation but if you do not we will not provide transportation so please be upfront about that. There is a bus stop in a quick 5-7 minute walk. We are very nice hard working people. You would share the house with husband and wife age 54 and 57 . We have a very old cat, so we can not except any cats. We will consider a spayed/neutered dog that is at least six years old. Smoking permitted outside only. We smoke so do not feel like we judge, we just do not want it in the house.
