2 bedrooms and a private bathroom for rent for single occupant starting Mid January/1st Feb 2024. There is a possibility to move in sooner.
Current residency is in the process of changing come December. You will be living with two young professional women. Residents are looking for someone clean, respectful, and responsible. Utilities are split 3 ways among the tenants.
Prospective tenants must first be approved by current residents then complete an application to the landlord. You must pass a credit and background check. Pets are on case by case basis and must also be approved first by residents then landlord.
