The house is fully furnished and is comfy. The kitchen is very nice with a granite counter top and has many appliances such as a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, a coffee maker, a slow cooker, and plenty more. The room is good sized, with an open closet with rods. You would share the bathroom with another roommate, but he is clean and considerate of the shared space. There is a fridge in the garage and some gym equipment. There is a small covered patio out back, and a small yard with space to grow stuff if you like to garden.

My roommate and I are quiet, and clean. I work Monday through Friday, I am full time technician, and he works full time at a restaurant. We are easy going and stick to ourselves. We both like to play PC games and watch TV in our rooms mostly. We don’t really drink or party, but we don’t mind if anyone wants to have a get together on occasion. We prefer no late parties during the week though. We keep our shared spaces clean and we respect boundaries. Please reach out and arrange to come by and meet us and take a look at the room.
