Cozy 12 ft x 12 ft bedroom has king sized bed. Room has large closet and includes ample drawer space in bed frame and matching bureau. Desk and chair included. Use of fully equipped kitchen and full sized washer and dryer included.
All utilities paid by owner. Rental for only one, employed individual without pets. One year lease preferred but will consider shorter rental for ideally qualified applicant.
