Joseph's room

Just started 12 month lease at the beginning of October (2bed 1bath w/ detached basement) looking for a responsible professional who’s more or less an introvert like myself, is clean/respectful. We have a washer/dryer we own in our own private basement, we also own our own gym equipment down there as well, the complex offers a gym+pool as well. We have a nice unit at the edge of the property directly across the street from the /Dublin Granville Rd, within miles we have an urgent care, animal hospital, Multiple stores, gas stations, and restaurants such as chipotle & McDonald’s within walking distance. We are fortunate enough to have a first floor unit where our patio has a sidewalk directly leading into a very nice neighborhood with sidewalks and close by parks! I cook often so many nights dinner is provided, and I’m open to communal groceries/budgets as well. 1 parking spot will be available for the roommate. Please message if you’re interested!

My partner and I are both employed full time, and full time students as well! We’re quite and friendly, the apartment community is primarily made up of families.
