James's room

3000 sqft Lake Washington waterfront property, 3 bed/2.5 bath. Shared lot with the landlord and a third unit. Gated property, with dock. Large windows, great views of the lake and Mercer Island, as well as a good vantage point for watching landing seaplanes and general aviation from the Renton Municipal Airport nearby. Common areas are mostly furnished. Large kitchens and two common areas.

Room is the master bedroom (ground floor), with attached private bath and shower, plus large walk-in closet. Room is connected to attached storage room that can be used as semi-private entrance, currently being used as a gear storage room with weightlifting equipment. Room is directly below one roommate on the second floor.

Two roommates on property, both male and 31. We like jet skis, history, film, hosting friends, camping and eating food. Our third roommate just had to jump ship so we are looking for a replacement.

Myself (James): Aerospace employee, Seattle local, currently working from home. Likes: Cooking, backpacking, sci-fi, model kits. Bad fisherman, but tires anyways.

Sacha: Works in cinematography. Likes: Outdoors, travel, house plants, Formula 1/MotoGP.
