Room for rent in an amazing 6 bedroom/4 bathroom house in Bellevue! The house has a very spacious and upscale feel, with a spectacular view from the living room and decks on each of the 3 floors. Just under 5,000 sq ft! Fairly quiet off the main road, while also only 5 minutes from I-405!
We’re planning to have 5 people total in the house. We’re looking to put together a group of young professionals in 20’s-30’s that can have a friendly and social environment while also being respectful of each other. Rent will be about $1,175-$1,350 per person depending on the room.
