Currently renting and live in a beautiful residential area in the woods off of River Roadin Ewing. The property is one of 3 apartments in a triplex house and is a 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath. I am looking for a female roommate. Depending whether my landlord raises the rent, the rent will either be 825$ each or 1025$. We both would be responsible for evenly splitting the utilities(PSEG) and wi-fi bill along with the 825/1025 a month for your portion of the rent.
