River's room

Looking for a responsible female roommate to take over a year lease (5 months left with the option to resign) in a 3-bedroom, 4-bath townhome, with 2 other females, a small dog and 2 cats, I would prefer no additional pets but we can discuss it. Applicant needs to make $2,000 a month and will need to apply directly through the leasing office. I will also need a $350 security deposit to be returned after 6 months of responsible bill paying. Monthly rent is $700 plus utilities to be split 3 ways each month, based on usage, $70-$100 each. Upstairs room, with a walk in closet and your own bathroom. Room available November 1st.
