Full house with two bedrooms upstairs, and a half of bath. Which you’ll be renting! Main bathroom on first floor.

Looking for a responsible roommate. One who can pay the rent on time, one who is quiet after 9pm. Must be dog friendly.

I’m a very polite, and concentrate person, very mannerly, and fun I can get along with most anyone. I have a daughter who is here every other weekend. She and I have rooms on the first floor.

RENT WILL BE DUE IN FULL ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH. If not. I’ll move you out of here …… Period. No pets aloud ,or children aloud. Queen box spring will not fit through the hallway/upstairs. It must be a split box spring..( just letting everyone know before struggling with it all). You will be paying half of water, and electric.

Things I will NOT tolerate in my house

Candles in your room. Electric blanket. Heaters. And small refrigerators.
