Stephanie's room

I have large room(20 ft by 13ft)available in Willard Square. It has a view of the ocean and is a block from the beach. I will be using two small rooms and you would be living with me(34f) my two friendly dogs in a two level unit. Shared bathroom sorry but feels very homie. I work a lot at a nearby restaurant so I’m not home all too much during the day. I am very chill and cannibis friendly. I like to cook and watch movies and hope to find someone who wouldn’t mind me being a couch potato sometimes : )

I’m looking for someone respectful, LGBTQ friendly and must at least tolerate my adorable dogs! I am asking for first($950) and last rent($950) to move in, thanks!
