Two working male adults in 3 BR home looking to rent out the master bedroom with private bath (walk-in shower) and small walk-in closet. French doors give access to yard (can be used as a private entrance if you like). Room will be unfurnished (but could discuss including basic furniture for a good fit if needed). Access to all common areas in the home including LR with 75“ TV. Beautiful backyard. All utilities included—electric, water/sewer/trash, internet and a ton of TV streaming services included. Monthly landscaping included. Could even consider hiring monthly or bi-weekly housekeeper if you would want to split cost with other two roommates. Garage for storage. You would have parking space for one car in driveway. Alarm system. Safe neighborhood close to everything in Surprise. Will require background check, proof of income and two references. One month rent deposit required. Rent due by first of each month—Must be on time! We are looking for a responsible, financially stable, long term roommate or roommates—We would be open to a couple or even two friends that want to share the master and split the cost—You could fit two twin beds easily in there or a king for a couple. We have two small, friendly cats, so we would consider adding another furry member to the family if it was a good fit. $200 non-refundable pet deposit in such a case. Smoking only outside. 420 friendly. Minimum 12 month SIGNED lease, but would prefer a 15 month lease—And could do longer up to 24 months to lock in rent price longer.

We are down to earth, easy-going, respectful guys—Jeff and Jeremiah. We are young but financially stable and very reliable. Jeff’s parents own the home, and we live there so it’s important we be respectful of the property and take care of it. Jeff works overnight 4 days a week. Jeremiah works days. We both have girlfriends who live in Flagstaff where they go to school so we go there frequently to visit them and they will be at the house often, especially on holiday breaks and in the summer. So of course you are welcome to have guests over too as long as they are respectful like you.
